
CoreAlign is an exercise equipment and also a training method created by physiotherapist Jonathan Hoffman. CoreAlign is designed to enable each individual to move naturally, flowy with resistance from multiple directions. Movements on CoreAlign encourage stability and mobility required to train a balanced, functional fitness and recovery from injury. Most of the exercises are done in standing position with a challenging arms and legs coordinations. The design of the equipment enables special population such as elderly to move with ease and confidence since it has ladders to hold on.
