Our Story

Eighteen Movement Studio began as a small, passionate endeavor by founder Daisy Catherina, a Pilates instructor with teaching experience for more than ten years.
Daisy envisioned a sanctuary where individuals could escape the daily grind and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement. Her mission was clear: to create a welcoming space that fosters physical wellness, proprioceptives awareness, and a sense of community.

At Eighteen Movement Studio, we offer a variety of classes, from beginner to advanced, designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Our offerings include specialized sessions in Gyrotonic, Corealign, and Rehabilitation Pilates. Each class aims to provide a comprehensive movement experience tailored to your unique needs.

With a team of dedicated instructors who share the same commitment to personalized attention and dedication to your wellness journey, the studio has grown into a vibrant place where clients find not only fitness but also a sense of peace and empowerment.
